What documentation do I need?
Clients will be required to provide:
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Updated Insurance
3. Proof of Income
Does my vehicle have to be running?
CCC does not work on non-running vehicles.
Do you accept walk-ins?
All service is by appointment only.
How does the service work?
Appointments are scheduled throughout the month at one of our, “Saturday Volunteer Clinics.” All service starts with a free diagnostic. CCC’s diagnostics are limited to our level of expertise. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for minor auto repairs (two hours labor or less) at no charge. We ask clients to reimburse CCC for the cost of any parts purchased for repairs.
Service is available to clients three times a year.
Do you have a waiting list?
Due to demand it is not unusual to have a waiting list.
